The feeling a woman has during natural child birth when given no medication. This happens when the baby is about to pass out of the vagina when the head emerges. The vagina feels like it is on fire as if someone has set on fire from the stretching of the folds of skin..

When a the baby is about to emerge form the vagina the Dr or midwife will often say you are about to experience the Ring of Fire.
