Adjective
Portmanteau of the acronym 'graphical user interface' and 'retarded'. Meaning someone that needs a GUI to perform all computer related tasks.

If one can only use a point and drool interface then one can reasonably describe them as GUI-tarded.

Map Guy

A software developer who believes that any data can and should only be represented by a map. Map guys to be sloppy, introduce lots of regressions in code, and worry about being what people are talking about in private conversations. Good teams should have at least three computer guys for every map guy on the roster.

BAJ is such a map guy, we spent an entire afternoon debugging his API code.
