Get the Belgian babymug. “Fed baby” is a child born in the care of a pregnant mother and/or father in federal prison. The child is typically placed with family members such as grandparents, aunts or uncles. Some unfortunately go into the foster care system. Similar to “State babies” whose mothers and fathers were incarcerated during their births while in state prison.
