Down like six thirty - A phrase popularized in urban hip hop as a term for extreme agreement or participation. It was derived from a visual reference of the face of an analogue clock commonly worn around the neck as part of early hip hop fashion. At 6:30 both hands of the clock point downwards. The phrase is usually accompanied with an exaggerated motion of the speaker thrusting both hands downward to further exaggerate the exclamation.

Yo! You wanna grab some chicken and waffles?

Yeah, boy! I'm down like six thirty!

So getting bread means a lot, if you're making the most money in a family YOU ARE THE BREAD WINNER. Actually you can't win the bread if you don't know how to bake it from the dough, meaning if you don't invest and save your money (dough) you can't MAKE BREAD. Also this is a reference to the little red hen story. If you don't help in the process of making bread, YOU CAN'T EAT THE BREAD.
