The act of being sexually explicit in the composition of a text message.

Steph:"im wicked lonely....entertain me"

Ralph:"oh baby *fagiggles your vagoigin*"

Steph:"jesus hun...why do you always have to get Textually Explicit when i ask you to entertain me?"

Ralph:"jeez hun its from fam guy....relax"

Textcalating

Increasing in the intensity of a relationship, usually but not limited to the romantic type, via text message. A modern form of courting.

We've only seen each other twice, but things are getting serious. We text at least ten times per day. This relationship is really textcalating.

Con-Textual Attribution Error

The tendency to mistake the superficial excitement derived from receiving text messages for the excitement bourne out of genuine chemistry between you and your text-happy new friend, especially prevalent in the budding stages of romance when a high degree of unfamiliarity is present between said parties. In the alternate context of an in-person or phone conversation, the same conversation would not be nearly as exciting.

It's no wonder your romances always crash so hard after you finally get to know the person, all the excitement between you is nothing more than the anticipation and reception of text messages. It's classic Con-Textual Attribution Error. Similar to the excitement and subsequent letdown of Christmas.

When you are staring a new relationship with someone. It first starts out through texting each other. Before you are sexually active in the relationship you are textually active. No sex involved..just text.

Me and that girl are just textually active...nothing serious yet. Just texting to get to know each other.
