She’s a loving person, that will take care of you, not just to be friendly. No, she really cares. She’s always be there for you, if you need her. Overall you won’t meet a Julia - this Type of Julia everyday.
But Julia has the problem of being in her own head too much sometimes. It feels like she’s pulling away when it might get too serious because she doesn't want to label herself.
