A convenient, well-known and EXTREMELY PAINFUL malady suffered by unsatisfied males. In short, it is psychological trick that a man will use on a woman when he wants to achieve orgasm and she is not putting out. Playing on the compassionate nature of most females, the male will complain of extreme pain in order to bust a nut. When he has been reduced to saying he has “blue balls”, a man will gladly settle for a handjob, though scientific testing has shown that blue balls is most easily remedied through anal sex.
