Fascinated with death, who wears a knee length dress with white collar, black knee high socks and black shoes. This grim looking little girl has many ways to kill/terrorise her brother.

Waking and baking, then smoking all day whenever he/she deems necessary. Smoking before one goes to bed is a must. BUt what makes blunt wednesday unique is that you must stay high ALL DAY.
