Someone who you are supposed to respect but is a jerk, ego-driven, self-motivated, and who you don't respect at all. Most often a bad boss but can be anyone who has some type of authority over you. Can include power-hungry people in uniform, close-minded professors ... anyone you could address as "Sir". The "prick" can be silent when addressing them in person.

Sir Oink

They or It usually has attended quite some time to study the best uses for terms, also, as it is evident in his words. Annoying, bad, or ugly people are Plebs, and Good / Ok people are Squirps.
