means that somethings awesome, interesting, or cool. its better than nice becuase noice means it could be cool but not good. basically noice is the rebellious side to nice.

The nicest version of the already nice description "nice" made popular by Key and Peele. A pretty douchey way to express approval. Not to be confused with noise, which ironically is the same sound i hear when Key and Peele is on the television
