A suburban blinker is when you take one pull from a thc/weed cartridge or disposable then hold it in and take another pull, before you exhale take a french inhale from a nicotine device.

egg blinker

A dab pen method known as the "egg blinker" is demonstrated in a video shared by @448smokes. It requires rapidly hitting the pen 5 times one after the other (start with one 5 sec hit then 4 sec hits the rest of the way) then hold the combination in for eight seconds. "Egg" describes the sensation that the smoker experiences in their throat. It will feel as though they have an egg in their throat.
