When a man physically touches another man with the intent of making the receiver uncomfortable. In some variations, a rhyme is spoken during the act:

An extreme hypochondriac who thinks every small event could be signaling the end of the world. Wears tinfoil hats frequently and thinks swollen lymph nodes could be grave illnesses. Found frequently around the Baltic Sea, goes by the Hoss in some circles. Never go full paranoia man, could be dangerous.

Look at number 62...he got the wind knocked out of him and is going full paranoia man over the symptoms.
