1. A very emotional person

2. Someone who cuts themselves to distract themselves from the emotional pain by inflicting physical pain

3. A style consisting of skinny jeans, long shirts, somewhat long and shaggy hair that covers one or both of the eyes, and fat shoes. This is a recent style and usually considered "hot" on middle school to high school students, and occasionally college.

That guy is HOT! but he's been through a lot. He's probably emo.
