Similar to "Capital Case" where ever word is capitals, Karen case is used to bring attention to things that Karen's don't like.

Karen case is used in a normal sentence that invoices a complaint like:
"There were youths acting in a RECKLESS MANNER all night long and I think they were DOING ILLEGAL DRUGS."
