A "fart nibba" is just a weird ass mf. They're always wearing or doing some weird ass shit, for example wearing asics with jeans. Mf's will be wearing shorts and a t shirt and say they not cold. My boi it's 20º. A fart nibba tendency is to laugh at some shit that isn't even funny, or to hype up some shit that isn't even cool. That kid who does fortnite dances in the club, total fart nibba. Mf's will say they from the streets, but the only street they from is sesame street cuz they clown ass mf's.
