That one friend in a group of friends who, after years of experience soaking in shitty meme-culture, attempts to repeat success with memes by repeating popular memes in the middle of someone else's conversation to get a rise out of them. It almost always doesn't work. Typically, when not acknowledged, he will repeat the meme either during more sentences, during silence, and, this factor is independent of the others, far louder (which can be replicated online by moving closer to his microphone).
