means no decision, or does not matter.

Comes from high impedance (Z) in an electrical circuit or device, instead of 0 for false or 1 for true.

John: Hey Rick, what do you want for dinner?
Rick: Ehhh, High Z.
John: Alright, I guess I'll decide then.
