jumped the shark

Refers to a 1970's TV sitcom. It had a main character known for being the Coolest guy on TV (The Fonze). As the series entered one of its last seasons, the writers had this oh-so-cool guy waterskiing in his trademark leather jacket, to jump a shark. It was truely the moment when the series went downhill from there and was soon mercifully cancelled.

Rober Jordans book series 'The Wheel of Time' jumped the shark in book four and has gotten worse ever since.

Synonym for "teabag" specific to online gaming. To lower one's genitals onto the face of a defeated opponent for provocation and humiliation.

Origin: a term coined for use to describe "teabagging" without overt vulgarity.

Jumpsuit

1. A one-piece suit worn by parachutists for jumping.
2. A garment fashioned after this, usually combining a shirt or bodice with shorts or trousers in one piece.

EX1:
- Jumper : Arg the wind is sneaking under my shirt and basically undressing me, I can't see anything and the wind hurts.
- Parachutists : You should have worn a jumpsuit.
- Jumper: It's okay I'm just committing suicide anyway.

EX2:
The second piece of fashion that you'll ever see if Jason Voorhees catches you, after seeing his bloody hockey mask. Unless a machete can be considered a fashion accessory (but you'll feel it more than see it), or if he's not wearing his jumpsuit that day.

What Slipknot wears on stage to make you focus on the music instead of them and fashion.

base jumping

BASE jumping literaly stands for Building, Antenna, Span (bridge), Earth (cliff).

When skydiving isnt quite enough what do you do, base jump. Jumping from a fixed object. It is the craziest fucking shit ever. Basicaly you find a building or anything thats about 400ft and up, and jump off pulling your chute only seconds from the ground. If your reall skilled you do some flips and spins on the way down. There a some hot spots around the world like New River Gorge Bridge (USA), Petronas Towers (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), and many more.
