There are 2 versions: Java Edition(PC) and Bedrock Edition(Mobile, Console, Handheld console, you name it - they have it). Bedrock is available on lots of platforms, and crossplay between different Bedrock platforms is supported. Java and Bedrock cannot crossplay with each other.
