An insulting phrase; which in of itself is as well a Title. In layman's terms to use this phrase is to confer the postion of being the foremost authority of shutting the fuck up.

*Can also be used with positive intent, like the way rappers use "bitch" in their songs, as if to say this person is the foremost authority on getting people to shut the fuck up*

"You really the Head-Hush-Up."
"Is that the Head-Hush-Up i hear?"
"Head-Hush-Up, whats your job again?"

A word used in Jamaica used to mean "I'm sorry that thing happened to you" or "don't mind" or when something bad happens to someone and you are trying to comfort them, often thought to mean shut up which is not the case in this context.

A totally illogical yet spiritually satisfying phrase to yell (under your breath, if you're soft) when the automated bus voice accuses you of blocking the doors — even though you’re CLEARLY not. You’re like... two feet away. Calm down, robot Susan.
