A phrase in which Filipino parents compare the achievements of their children from the children of relatives and friends, thus gaining bragging points as a "good parent."

(Hey cousin, have you heard? My mom said that you're lazy.)

most commonly known as 298/ Kura. if you come across a bunch of skody boys using their nans scarf as a ski mask, or wearing some gucci from the otara flea market, DO NOT APPROACH unless you want your car key taken off you. they are the YNR (young n reckless) team and they truly are a bunch of reckless teens. GMA is another team from 298, but they are much more mature, and well, at least they arent running around screaming fuck the police. papakura high school has many hoodrats and stoners, but this year, the year nines make it look like rosehill and its pretty disgusting and atrocious. there are always fights inside and right outside the school at 3:10 pm. usually involving rival gangs. papakura has alot of people begging for money outside every dairy too, especially the cross street one
