In modern terms, adapted from the term Force Majeur , Force Majoi named after a modern time allibi expert Joiichi "the great" Oda famously known tor his penchant in performing unprecedented closuresof established businesses and inavailability of grocery items, foods, and other essentials so as to save money and fullfill his thrifty habits and impose it amongst his family members in a mellancholic twist of psychotic manipulation.

There is no available Potato Chips at the Convenience Store, the factory supplying them closed due to Arson. It was a Force Majoi.
