When a man or men fail to prevent bad things from happening and they absolutely could've done something about it.

Letting the #MeToo Movement fester for so long that all men are now branded predators, repeatedly voting for makeup wearing clowns, and allowing the Supreme Court to install George W. Bush without demanding a re-vote are a few great examples of Male Fails.

Failed Abortion

⑴ An unsuccessful infant abortion.
⑵ When ⑴ is used as verb. and comp. it indicates the person speaker is speaking to/mentioning is worthless and/or should've not been born.

⑴ "An unsuccessful abortion of infant led their parent to death."
⑵ "What? You're literally a failed abortion!"

“Feet, don't fail me now!” is an old expression that's usually said when someone is running away from peril- they do not want to slow down so that they will be trapped or caught, and are self-encouraging themselves to keep going. In the song, it's used more as an excuse to keep dancing and not get tired.
