The term has become a stand in for the word Ignorant, rude, entitled, hypocritical, narcissistic, lazy, or distasteful. The word Nigga is growing to describe ones character (no matter the race) then ones skin color.

"Nigga" is not the word "nigger", so it is not offensive. "Nigga" is semiotically derived from the word "negro", what is the antinymn of "white".
