A white belt attack in Taekwon-Do where you stand in parallel stance (Feet are shoulder width apart) and you raise your leg to quickly kick someone's solar plexus (the part where your ribs meet at the bottom). You then cross your arms whilst stepping forward and landing.

Bully: Waaaah *runs away*
