Friend of mine pissed on a live wire fence. High voltage ran up the stream and he got redneck sterilization

Any person(s) who repair or build functional lasting items from or by unconventional means due to not having disposable money or needed materials at hand. While skin color alone doesn't determine if a person is one or not, setting definitely might. Most rednecks indeed do live in the southern portion of the US, however most are labeled without context or true understanding.
