A person with a Perpetrator Mentality has the mindset that it isn't "an issue" if they cause harm to other people. They believe "the issue" is the natural reaction to the harm they cause, such as that of the victim, or anyone who calls them out.
Many perpetrators refuse to be accountable for their actions, so they create distractions. Perpetrators have made "victim" a dirty word. A victim is simply a person who was harmed, and they don't "choose" whether or not they are harmed. The perp does that.

These perps won't admit that they have poor communication skills. They believe they can gain power by controling other people, when true power lies in the ability to control their own self.

A person with the mental or social skills of a lesser or equal to a fly's larva. A yappy, mouthy little bugger who has no idea that he annoys the rest of his peers with his constant yammering.

The opposite of a mental midget, someone who is a 9 foot tall ogre in their mind, even if they're five foot nothing.
Guy 1- Why is he/she always slouching like that?
Guy 2-He/she is a mental giant, slouching makes him her look a little bit more predatory and a little bit less silly, so nobody will mess with him/her. It's kind of like the way some people get a tattoo so nobody will mess with them.
