Seems to be felt most prominent in the front of your head and the back of your eyes but can extend to your entire head and sometimes even the back of the neck. Mild cases are generally relieved by a nap whereas more severe cases may require some time to resolve. Warm baths, good music and lots of hydration may also help.

The day after grandma's funeral I had such a bad sadness hangover I could barely look at my phone screen because the light hurt my head so bad.
