1. a state of being where the person in question tends to fuck up or mess things up very badly

2. a common excuse used to justify seemingly retarded actions

Person 1: "Damn dat nigga done fucked up real bad. He be goin to jail fo' 15 years fo' murder. What da fuck was he thinkin??"
