Cutting Strip

1) verb. The act of mixing heroine into paint thinner to make paint thinner more expensive and more potent (i.e. cutting down the concentration of the paint stripper).

2) verb. Cutting strips of drug plant to chew or to mix with dip for an elevated smoke free experience.
1) I had to "cut strip" after my ex, Tabatha, spray painted an orange dick on my cabriolet.

2) The all y'all were "cutting strip" to chew during the big game.
