1. (Noun) A person whose primary talent is converting simple tasks into a spectacular display of incompetence. Not malicious, just a walking, talking minor inconvenience. The human equivalent of a soup sandwich.

2. (Adjective) Describes any object, situation, or concept that is so profoundly useless or poorly designed that its existence is both an insult and a joke. It implies a level of failure that is almost artistic.
