Asswellian

A self-righteous authoritarian who cloaks their controlling, invasive, and often hypocritical behavior in the language of “progress,” “safety,” or “equity”—while suppressing dissent and rewriting truth with Orwellian flair. An Asswellian is the smug bureaucrat who bans speech, rewrites history, and punishes nonconformity, all while claiming to be the good guy.

• Noun: “The university hired another Asswellian to manage ‘inclusive language compliance.’ Now students are afraid to speak at all.”
• Adjective: “Their Asswellian campaign banned dissenting opinions while preaching about freedom of expression.”
