A name you call your slutty friend. Only if you are a female can you call your other female friend this. Exception- you may call your gay guy friend this. Also, you must be a slutnafagus yourself inorder to call your friend one. It is a word of compliment, expressing sisterhood. Slutnafagus girls are not ashamed of their slutty ways and laugh at the girls that make a big deal about it, also they typically have amazing sense of humors and guys are usually inlove with them. Guys will almost always break up with their girlfriends for a slutnafagus.
