Rags

A form of "regs" (regulations) that is often used by police or other low level legal workers to describe older law books or court documents that are printed/written on cotton paper (rag paper). This is most often used as a diminutive term for the regulations written on them.

Legal Council- "We should consider a recall of all the affected units from the retailers before they hit the market"
Corporate thug 1- "I think the retailers leveraged our production line, so maybe we should check the rags again.."
Corporate thus 2- "You'll need a plunger, cause we all wiped our asses with them during that export to Brazil"

Plague Rag

Slang for a face mask, face covering or gaiter to protect oneself from germs, in particular COVID-19

"Why are you still wearing your plague rag? We have been home for ten minutes?" or "You better wash that dirty plague rag, immediately!"

rag bitch

A person who is really slow both physically and mentally. He is always sad and depressed which also explains their stagnant nature. A Ragbitch doesn't have fashion sense so dresses like a rag and behaves like a bitch. He has also realized that he is not competent to do anything. He has also tried the Cleveland Steam Roller on himself but nowadays sticks with Alabama Lean Pocket. Although he doesn't intend to be lame and repulsive, he can't help it because of his inherent nature. He fucks up all plans and can't be trusted.
Basically you don't want to be a Ragbitch.
