Doodlebugger

A Doodlebugger is an individual working a seismograph line in any weather and any location as long as the sun is up, with the possible exception of lightning strikes. The also are known as Juggies or Juggettes after the seismographic jugs they plant for exploration.

It is easy to tell when a crew of doodlebuggers have come through your neighborhood as the trash cans are all knocked over and the dog is pregnant.
