Can be used as a question or a statement. Instead of "is this for me?" or "is that mine?", people word it as "this me?" as a form to sound cooler. Can also be used as "this me" to describe something that's theirs, or "that's me?" to ask if something if theirs.

someone beautiful or handsome, that all the people want to date. we are kind, caring , reallll fine too. but most of all, someone you fumbled and missed out on cus you were too immature. We are up on all the trend but still are hella smart and you’ll never find someone like us again.
person one to person two: bro i need a girlfriend, some one stunning and nice
person two: oh yea you’ll find someone-
you: me your ex? yeah

1. Until you rectify the situation by both apologizing to all relevant parties, and come forward with an honest admission of wrongdoing you might have some trouble with the "suck me? VIRUS"...
2. Anyone willing to blatantly disregard my feelings and lie straight to my face gets no sympathy from me... behold the wrath of "suck me? VIRUS"
