A total jerk- face, who is inconsiderate, entitled, and arrogant. Sometimes, but not always, completely aware of their actions, but simply doesn't care. Other times they are just oblivious and unknowingly narcissistic. Even more of a 'tool' than a tool. Most often a male, but a female can be a tool sometimes as well , though it is rare. (you will know these people when you see/hear them. They are easily described as a tool bench when that seems to be the only term, other than a swear, that comes to mind)
That guy is such a tool bench, He just pushed that little kid down in the sand and stole his volleyball to show off in front of some chick.

Get the Toolmug. An accurate insult to describe a right twat of a human, one who is always a self-centered, righteous and entitled moron. A tool never has a shred of sympathy for anyone but themselves. These people are "born different" in that they're incapable of empathy. Thus only useful to those that know how to play them for what they're worth, to use them like the tool they are. Tool is still such a relevant insult, that is unfortunately almost forgotten in a hyper internet age
Hey man that guy is such a tool. He's got no moral compass, no sympathy and is trying to perpetuate the lie that his boss is a standup guy for what he did to you. I hope he gets worked over till he finally snaps at his ignorant boss.
