AKA nugget fairy. A girl who eats nothing but junkfood, yet still stays skinny, and brags about it. It's really just flexing your metabolism. Most commonly an egirl who glorifies unhealthy eating habits and thinks it's ok to be an adult who eats horribly. They most likely say shit like "ew vegetables, i only eat chicken nuggets."

John: "Karen is 90 lbs but she only eats ice cream every day. She's a fucking nugget pixie."
