When you are looking through your friends on facebook and you see someone you dont know at all (or you might have seen in class or at a party)... you realize that you are friends, but you have no idea how you became friends in the first place. You are not sure if you sent the friend request or if they did? And you get dusche chills because you feel like a stocker idiot if you were the one who friend requested them.

Friend Ladder

On the friends ladder your either at the bottom or the top. The bottom are the people you talk to the least, then the next step is the people you rarely speak to, the next step is the people your friendly with, the next step is the people you say hi to in the hallway but nothing else, the next step is the people you say a few words to in a day, the next step is the people you must talk to in order to make your day enjoyable, the next step is the friends that you sit with at lunch and talk to in the hallway, the next step is your best friends, the next step is your boyfriend/girlfriend/crush, the next step is the cuddle buddy/cuddle bitch and the final step is the fuck buddy (very rare to have middle school-high school)

Daniel- Oh my god did you hear that Nicole was moved up to the 8th step on Dylans friend ladder?!

Julia- Oh I know! Yesterday she was on the 2nd step! Funny how everyones friend ladder changes everyday.
