Nope --- devious and undisciplined shyster dat he was, he did indeed rob Peter to obtain funds to pay Paul back, but then he used said stolen funds to just engage in more foolish spending (which of course is why he'd had to borrow money from Paul in da first place!). Shame on him.

One should be very wary of loaning money in any case, even if da requester says he needs da cash just to "pay back Paul" (i.e., to settle a debt he presently owes to someone else)... you should first research da requester's past performance in such matters; you will often discover dat some of his past loans were indeed supposedly earmarked for setting his debts with Paul, but he didn't actually pay Paul, though.

I always disgustedly roll my eyes when someone tried to play down someone's destructive/abrasive behavior by saying, "He needs more training", when I know very well that the person in question is simply a no-good jerk, and so no amount of "training" or "counselling" in gonna help him... if he's evil or selfish by nature, there's nothing that others can do to "reform" him; he himself has to WANT to change his ways before any positive progress can be made.

Symptoms of selective testicle ascending syndrome include but are not limited to: spiteful gossiping about his SO to their friends, effeminate gesturing and sensitivities in private, is in competition with most other males (how she tries to prove her manhood), proves every month for about a week that men do get periods. giving the silent treatment, throwing loud, tearful tantrums in public, hitting herself during those tantrums, putting extra effort into losing weight and improving aesthetics while SO is pregnant, getting having more better quality beauty products, bags and shoes than you, is competitive and tries to make you feel inferior at doing everything. remarks and questions intended to make you doubt or feel bad about yourself, both on a superficial and spiritual level, behaviors normally associated with negative female stereotypes
