Nerd Rage

A term used to describe the condition of an RPG nerd who is extremely angry about a gaming issue a normal person would consider trivial.

Below is paraphrased example of nerd rage from the MMORPG World of Warcraft:

raging nerd: You fucking stole my Cloudsong!

normal guy: Calm down, it's only a game.

raging nerd: Shut your fucking mouth!

A scent/odor exuded by an individual, particularly computer gamers that smells like a mixture between Body Odor, Sweat and Mold. Nerd Funk is usually accompanied by excitement, frustration, anger, "nerd rage" etc.

baby nerd

A person who is really small compared to their age group, and is really smart. They often study and get straight A's. Common baby nerd names are Donald, Christopher, and Matthew. They are easily offended when called a baby nerd, and use responses such as, "What are you talking about, I go outside more than you," but these are lies 99% of the time. Baby nerds often have a babyish face with glasses. Also they often study, read, and whine.

Someone who enjoys sedentary persuits, for example he or she will not play football but will enjoy playing computer football. The nerd will have a high general knowledge due to the sheer amount of time he or she wastes watching television or perusing the internet and talking to other nerds. A nerd often confuses this general knowledge with intelligence, and therefore feels that they are superior to people with social skills. A nerd often listens to music with little or no rythm, such as goth or the smiths (great band though they were thanks to Johnny Marr), especially if the music contains self pitying lyrics.

Nerds often play internet computer games, and refer to people who are not as good as them as 'noobs'. This is particularly popular insult amongst nerds for non-nerds.

It is ironic as most of them are virgins, so are in fact 'noobs' in the real world.
