Turn-key

A derogatory name for a prison officer (screw, kanga etc) used by inmates in U.K Jails and prisons (predominantly used in Scotland)

Meant to imply they are nothing more than key turners, since they spend many hours unlocking and locking cell doors.

turned 19 in Poland

This phrase stems from a tweet where Polish people are tested to see if they can "serve" for the military once they turn 19.

However in pop culture, especially on Stan Twitter, this phrase is based on the slang meaning of "serve," which means to deliver your best confident impression, or in other words, to "slay," "deliver," or "eat."
