when someone is cute and pretty, but not the standard English way - so 'hot' or 'fit'. But they're cute in a different way. And they do not look like a slut or a slag. Used only when someone is actually foreign, from a different country.

Lilia - "Yes, why?"
Sarah - "You are very foreign pretty!"
