A person that is mentally uncapable to process the intellectual information that his peers offer him, (forgot is a her, looks like a he.) Furthermore she/her/he/them is uncapable of being socially and emotionally available for their own blood, not even that.

They assume anything that went to Ghana is automatically okay and pardoned - She even has feet pictures on her phone that she has denied to have used them for her own pleasures.

- Also - She is literal craft of wickedness. You see her face = mental palpitations.
