C. and is in usee by elected officials, such as Congressmen and in the Senate . It is characterized by gransiose verbage , sensationalism , and blatant character assassination disguised as personal character , charisma and charm.

The Mayor peppers his speech liberally with that Forked Tongue Twang , so no one believes a word he says and he lost the election .
