Title

A title doesn't always tell you much about a person.

Most of the people that held a title of Mr. or Miss Texas, or Oklahoma, or Kansas before him/her actually were from Texas, Kansas, or Oklahoma.

A chain of title is the sequence of historical transfers of title to a property. The "chain" runs from the present owner back to the original owner of the property. In situations where documentation of ownership is important, it is often necessary to reconstruct the chain of title. To facilitate this, a record of title documents may be maintained by a registry office or civil law notary.

Chain of title together with other historical data, such as permits, reports, aerial maps may be necessary to determinate the likelyhood of contamination of the soil and or waters, according to Phase 1 environmental site assessment (ASTM 1527-05)

(Title Confusion)

When so many people get the name of a song wrong that it necessitates parentheses containing the song's mistaken name along with its ACTUAL name so people don't get frustrated when they can't find it. It can also occur if the title of the song is too verbose. (Again, this too can be caused by people getting the title wrong.)

(Title Confusion) has occurred many times in music. To name a few:

-Escape (The Pina Colada Song) by Rupert Holmes
-Rocket Man (I Think It's Gonna Be A Long, Long Time) by Elton John

-Bang A Gong (Get It On) by T. Rex*
-Movin' Out (Anthony's Song) by Billy Joel
-Operator (That's Not The Way It Feels) by Jim Croce

* "Bang a Gong" was originally called "Get It On," but it was later changed.
