Opposite of African-American. A nigger is a black person who is a gang banger, drug dealer, "gangsta", and treats white people like shit over something that happened 200 years ago. They don't contribute to society, but instead destroy it.

Originally to discourage black people from watching the children show, "Winnie the Pooh". Portraying Tigger, the lovable bouncy character, as a Hispanic Black Tiger who enjoys fried chicken on Sundays. Derived from the Hispanic word, "Negro = Black, Tigger = Tigger", thus, the word Nigger.
