Now, on June 27th, 2010, NICA (National Interscholastic Cycling Association) transformed from "idea" to legal fact with the filing of numerous forms. NICA is now a central governing organization in high school mountain bike racing in the United States. High School mountain bike racing is now considered an official, national sport.
June 27th, 2010 is the day that high school mountain biking is going to be celebrated by all whose it concerns.
