To do something to the hardest extreme, excess, indulgence, decadence, Whether to use loads of ketcup on ya burger. or partake in the most extreme event/act ever.

term used in crude paraphases to sumerise the action. Example..... "Max is Out he pizza's your cooking dave" "your Maxing it" or "lets max this shit out" and in a sexual context "baby, lets max this shit out."Max it Out"
