It's a picture from one of the earlier seasons that came out a few years ago, with short updates as to what has happened to some of the main favorite characters. one character, Cole, was marked as "Alive but Gay". This is a phrase rooted in homophobia, but that has been adopted to be a meme about how someone has come out as gay.
